Please read the following Terms and Conditions of Use carefully. By paying a deposit for a booking at Adelaide Luxury Beach House you agree to accept, without limitation or qualification, all of these Terms and Conditions of Use
INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING:
A complimentary bottle of Barossa Valley sparkling wine, or juices if preferred, and a box of chocolates.
All Bed and bath linen is provided and changed midweek for 7 night stays, at no extra charge. For longer stays, there are complimentary mid-stay cleans every 3-5 days at no extra charge. Please discuss if alternative arrangements are required.
Complimentary Foxtel Digital, Platinum package for the 3 LCD TVs in the property and Foxtel IQ, and includes in-house movies (excludes ‘Pay Per View Box Office’).
Complimentary high speed-Wifi Internet.
DURING YOUR STAY IT IS ACKNOWLEDGED THAT:
CHECK-IN time is 2pm or later on the day of arrival .Your concierge looks forward to greeting you. Arrangements will be made to meet you at the property or in the case of late arrivals, alternative arrangements will be made. Keys for the property will be available from your concierge. If this is not suitable alternative arrangements may be made. For guests requiring an early check-in, from 8am additional charges apply. For an early check-in no booking will be taken the night before you arrive. Please contact us to arrange this.
CHECK-OUT time is by 10am on the day of departure to allow time for the property to be prepared.. Variance to these times is subject to prior arrangement and availability and extra charges may apply. Without prior agreement, additional late departure fees will apply at the nightly rate. For guests requiring late check-out until 10pm, additional charges apply. For a late check-out, no booking will be taken the night you leave. Please contact us to arrange this.
THE REGISTERED GUEST is by default, the person who has made the booking.The registered guest must be 25 years of age or over and agree to take full responsibility for the holiday rental of the property. The registered guest is responsible for ensuring all guests and visitors are aware of the terms and conditions .The person that has made the booking must check in or provide us with authorisation to release the keys to an alternative person. Identification and credit card details will need to be provided at time of key collection or pre-registration completed for late check ins. . The registered guest will be held financially responsible for any loss or damage to property caused during their stay. The said property is for private holiday use and not for commercial purposes, functions or the like.
NUMBER OF GUESTS should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing. and must not exceed the sleeping capacity of the property (12 people). Use of beds or bedrooms not applied for will incur an additional charge. Fees will also apply for excess guests not agreed to in advance Visitors may visit you at the home but may not remain on the property overnight. All Visitors must comply with the Terms and Conditions. Visitor numbers must not exceed 10 at any given.
PETS are not allowed under any circumstances.
SMOKING is not is permitted indoors. The property is rated as a non-smoking property with STAR ratings Australia.
ACCESS may be required for maintenance or repairs.
NOISE AND RESIDENTIAL AMENITY
Adelaide luxury beach house is set around residential homes.
We welcome guests for their special occasion and celebrations, if at the time of booking you agree to meet our noise and guest number restrictions.
We appreciate your co-operation and note that this is rarely a problem-however on the rare occasion, and to avoid this potential problem, we must state the following:
The property is not suitable as a “Party” House. We do not accept bookings for Schoolies.Disturbance to the neighbours, including excessive noise and anti social behaviour is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of all monies paid. Management will respond to any complaints from neighbours regarding anti social and offensive behaviour, and excessive noise. We reserve the right to either issue a reminder warning of the Terms and Conditions or terminate your booking. Costs incurred relating to this event including security company call out fees will be charged to the registered guest or deducted from your security bond. If your booking is terminated we reserve the right to retain all monies paid including your security deposit. .
A local mini-supermarket is open 7am – 10pm, 7 days. Cafes are open from 7 am till late.
Cafes, restaurants, hotels, post office, video store, automatic teller machines, pharmacy, dentist’s rooms, florist, petrol station, public transport, hairdressers, beauty salons, fitness centre, convenience stores and Henley Pavillion shopping centre, are within easy walking distance. Henley Pavillion is new and currently has a large Foodland, butcher, fresh seafood, fashion and beauty shops.
A number of restaurants, including pizzerias deliver to Adelaide Luxury Beach House. Our compendium is full of menus and information.
PAYMENT OF ACCOMMODATION
To secure your booking, a 40% deposit is required.
Bookings are not confirmed unless and until this deposit is received. Payment of the booking deposit constitutes the guests acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The outstanding balance is due within 30 business days prior to the commencement of your stay, except for
bookings made nine months or more prior to the commencement of your stay, then the outstanding balance is due within 60 business days prior to the commencement of your stay.
A courtesy reminder will be sent by e-mail around 2 weeks before the final outstanding balance is due.
Travel insurance is highly recommended for all bookings to provide protection against cancellation of accommodation, travel, illness, injury and loss of baggage.
Many Visa and MasterCard providers offer travel insurance as part of the credit card features. For Australian visitors, travel agencies such as Harvey World Travel, Flight centre or insurance companies such as Covermore, APIA, QBE and CGU provide local and interstate travel insurance.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
A valid credit card is required to guarantee the booking.
We accept payment of the deposit by Visa or MasterCard, By providing credit card details you warrant that you have the authority to use the credit card and you authorize Adelaide Luxury Beach House to charge the cost of your booking to the credit card.
All prices quoted are in Australian dollars. The goods and services tax (GST) is not applicable to the tariff and therefore is not included. The card holder must be the primary registered guest, unless other arrangements are agreed to by Management. The registered guest must be over 25 years of age.
We may ask you for a copy of your drivers license, proof of age card or passport. This must be current with your correct address and is to be provided upon request at check in.
The outstanding balance, to be paid by the due date, may be made by MasterCard or Visa credit cards or by direct deposit into our bank account. Deposit details for internet banking will be provided, if required. For overseas visitors a SWIFT CODE will be provided. Payments of the amount due must be received in Australian dollars net of any bank or other transaction charges. Please note a there is no credit card payment processing fee for the deposit. Should final payment be by credit card, rather than by internet transfer, then a 1.4% fee applies to credit cards. We will endeavour to provide the accommodation requested but reserve the right to refuse requests for bookings or actual bookings. All accommodation is subject to availability. Every effort will be made to ensure the property is available as booked. If the Property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances, then Management will inform you immediately and any monies paid will be refunded in full, or if requested by you, Management will endeavour to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your occupancy.
REFUNDABLE SECURITY BOND
A security bond of $500 is required for bookings of 7 nights or less, $750.00 for stays of between 8 and 14 nights, $1000.00 for stays of 15 nights or more. The bond shall be paid by credit card authorization on arrival, unless prior arrangements are made. When booking on-line, the $500.00 bond is paid as part of your booking as an “extra”. Should the bond be greater than $500.00, then the remainder shall be paid on arrival by credit card authorization, unless prior arrangements are made. The bond is secured and covers cost incurred by you which may include, but is not limited to, breakages, losses and damage including excessive cleaning, evidence of smoking, and or rubbish removal. If no losses or damage occur the security bond will be returned in full 3 -7 business days after your departure. If losses or damage is greater then the bond guests will need to cover the additional cost..
VARIATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
To vary or cancel your booking, please advise us immediately in writing, and also by phone if possible.
Management is not obliged to accept any variations to the booking if adversely affected by the request.
Your booking may be transferred by you, the registered guest to another suitable guest for the same period and tariff. Conditions apply and must be discussed and agreed to by Management prior to such a variation. A $50.00 administration fee applies if this variation applies.
If a cancellation is made at the request of the guest, and full payment is received by the due date, the money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period at the same tariff. If a refund is made due to the property being re-let, then a $100.00 administration fee will apply.
If a cancellation is made at the request of the guest, and the unpaid balance is not paid by the due date, the deposit is non-refundable. Management has the right to attempt to re let it.
No refund can be given in the event of non-arrival, any unused services or unused nights. Your booking will not be deemed cancelled until you receive written confirmation.
Travel insurance is highly recommended for all bookings to provide protection against cancellation of accommodation, thus your booking, travel, illness, injury and loss of baggage.
Many Visa and MasterCard providers offer travel insurance to cover cancellation of accommodation, as part of the credit card features and payment for your booking may be made with these credit cards.
