Just minutes from the centre of Adelaide, our stylish, spacious three-level seafront home at Henley Beach will quickly make you forget you’re in a city. Each level has floor-to-ceiling windows with commanding beach and ocean views. From your room you can spot dolphins, fur seals and pelicans frolicking in the water. And from the rooftop terrace you can see over 30 kilometres of white beaches surrounding Gulf St Vincent, with Glenelg and the Fleurieu Peninsula to the south, Port Adelaide and the Barossa Valley to the north. From the rear of the house you can see Adelaide Hills to the east.

With a flexible floor plan and 300 square metres of living space, this 4.5 Star beach house easily accommodates up to 12 people. The house has been a favourite with wedding groups and their photographers, business groups attending conferences in Adelaide, sporting groups attending events at nearby venues and families and couples seeking a stylish seaside holiday.

The house has multiple living areas and bedrooms, three bathrooms and five outdoor areas, making it as good outside as it is in. For your comfort and enjoyment, there is ducted cooling and heating throughout, and beach chairs, umbrellas and outdoor games for when you are outdoors.
